We encourage our guests to make their own arrangements regarding sound equipment and staging, however we do have a range of equipment that can be hired to you at very reasonable rates. Our Function Coordinator can also make recommendations for various professional services such as:
- Video Production and Taping
- Data Projection Presentations
- Staging and backdrops
Menus
At Pacific Golf Club we have the facility in our wonderful garden and lawn area to cater for outside or marquee events. We select the most colourful backdrop at that time of year and provide all the products and services that would be available in the function rooms.
A meeting between the Client's representative and our Function Coordinator and/or Executive Chef will be arranged at least 14 days prior to the event. This will be to ascertain menu selections and beverage choices, as well as discussing other pertinent details e.g. room and table layouts etc.
Linen tablecloths and serviettes are standard inclusions for all events where the catered menu exceeds $22.00pp. Pacific Golf Club tablecloths or laminated tables and paper serviettes are used in all other circumstances.
A charge of $25 per hour for each staff member required (minimum 4 hours) will be levied if minimum beverage spend of $400 is not reached.
